WHO ARE WE?
A brief history of Heisen
Ever since the acquisition of Kawa-zoi in 1992, the Republican Empire has wanted to expand its economic prosperity over the Pacific Ocean. Out of the ruins of the city of Los Angeles came Heisen, and it's the third and youngest corner of the "Economic Triangle" along with Tokyo and Honolulu. The city was officially founded in 1994 in the prefecture.Ever since the unfortunate passing of Emperor Thanako, and the riots in 2012, however, led to the decision of the Parlement to grant Kawa-zoi autonomy while still being in control as a prefecture, granting it the right to incentivize corporate businesses by being a tax haven. Because the city holds possibly one of the lowest rents in both the Empire and the North American continent, it also boasts one of the largest populations in terms of diversity.
